An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order eg. an optional gift message for gift cards, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order

We do not supply trade quantities and reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.

We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

All prices listed on our websites are in the specified currency and are inclusive of sales tax. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and in store pricing may differ.

Customers purchasing by credit card will show 'Promisia ltd' as the transaction on their cardholder statement.

9. Arthrem 90 day subscription Program – Terms of Offer

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set for the below. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you, which is incorporated herein by reference.

10. How the 90 day subscription Auto-Ship Works?

We typically ship the product the next business day after you place your order. Orders typically will arrive within 1-7 business days from when the product has been shipped. As part of the 90-day subscription auto ship, we will bill your credit card for the cost of the product plus any applicable tax and ship you a new 90 day supply of Arthrem each recurring ninety day period. That means your credit card will be charged about ninety days after your initial order for the subscription and then every ninety days thereafter. To cancel this service you must contact Promisia through its contact us page or email [email protected]

11. Auto-Ship Program

Unless you cancel your subscription within 60 days after the order date your credit card will charged for another 90 day supply of Arthrem. To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must click on the link from your most recent order confirmation email. Within this email is a link to cancel your subscription. Please click on the link and from there you can cancel your subscription. Or alternatively you can go to our contact us section of the arthrem.com website and simply contact us through one of the different listed methods. Simply ask us to cancel your subscription with the name and details of who the subscription is registered with.

If a credit card account is being used for a transaction, Promisia may obtain preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the payment. If you enroll to make recurring payments automatically, all charges and fees will be billed to the credit card you designate during the setup process. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must change your information online. This may temporarily delay your ability to make online payments while we verify your new payment information.

You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that (i) any credit card, debit card and bank account information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit/debit card company or bank, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) you are the person in whose name the card was issued and you are authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit card and credit card information.

There is no minimum amount of time a subscriber must stay subscribed

Other than connecting to Promisia websites by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Promisia website servers.
